Parkinson’s is a major ailment that seriously affects the life of the patient. There are surgeries and other treatments that correct the problem and help the patient to lead as normal a life as possible. This is the story of Mr. YunusAlmatwari who was suffering from Parkinson’s disease. However, according to his son Khadim, so other doctors were able to diagnose the disease properly. They went to other countries and even in their own country Iraq. However, it was only in BLK hospital where Dr. Atul Prasad diagnosed the ailment. He asked the patient to perform some simple tasks and exercises and while looking at the way the patient responded, he diagnosed the ailment as Parkinson’s disease.

According to Khadim he brought his father to BLK hospital because earlier two people told him about BLK hospital where Khadim’s brother was treated for a surgery in the leg. So he decided to bring his father to BLK hospital. Once the disease was diagnosed, the patient was given the proper treatment and also a surgery of 1t5 minutes. The patient had a major problem where his right hand kept shaking out of his control. But after the treatment the problem had subsided and he was able to control the movement most of the times.

Khadim is especially thankful to the staff of BLK hospital who have been looking after them, right from picking them up at the airport and then taking them to the hotel and then the hospital. He wants to thank Dr. Atul Prasad and the staff of BLK hospital because they treat people nicely. The patient is much better now and the symptoms of Parkinson’s disease are much under control. At least in BLK hospital it was properly diagnosed after the patient suffered for one year going from one doctor to the other who could not diagnose the ailment for what it was.
