Every bed at the Artemis hospital has its own telephone number which patients receive upon admission to the hospital. The instructions for using the telephone number can be found in the patient’s room. We provide our International patients with local SIM cards so that they can use it in their Mobile Phones for easy access and communication throughout their stay.

Wireless Internet Access

This is available for the public use in the patient’s room.

Television

Every patient room at Artemis Hospital is well equipped with television and basic television services at no extra cost. The patient’s educational channels are also available at no cost. If you are experiencing any problems with the TV, then inform the guest relations executive.

Guest Relations Executive

Right from the admission to the discharge, a guest relations executive accompanies each of our patients and their family to guarantee safety, comfort and satisfaction of the patients. We will provide assistance to the patients in order to make their stay comfortable and smooth. If any problems during accommodation or services arise, then she will address and resolve them on behalf of the hospital.

Newspapers

The prominent newspapers such as The Hindustan Times and the Hindustan are provided to the patient’s room on request.
